We at Verde Services, LLC measure our HSEQ program using the following main points: employee health and safety, environmental integrity, complete customer satisfaction.
 

We believe that by providing quality training to our employees using certified safety programs, on-the-job training, and leadership backing we can create an environment that facilitates employee ownership of our safety program. Short Service Employee Training, Behavior Based Safety Training and Stop Work Authority are some of the many leadership backing programs we take advantage of when training our employees. Verde Services, LLC feels strongly that employee knowledge is top priority in preventing work related accidents.

 

Verde Services, LLC believes employees will have a better understanding of the multiple operations they will be conducting by utilizing training programs that not only consist of classroom training, but also on-the-job training and cross training. An HSE Management System and Quality Control System are used to monitor and grade the understanding of our employees. This is measured by using on-the-job and in-house auditing to ensure that we meet and surpass all federal, state, and local regulations as well as customer requirements.
